Five notes worth jotting down first
You don’t need drawings or finished selections to get in touch. A few plain notes make the first conversation more useful.
01The room. Main bathroom, ensuite, powder room or laundry, and roughly how big it is.
02What isn’t working. Leaks, lifting tiles, poor storage, a cramped shower or simply a dated finish.
03Layout. Whether the toilet, shower and vanity stay put or you want to move them.
04Budget and timing. A rough range and when you want the work done, even if they’re only estimates.
05Finishes you like. A few words describing the finish you want, or the name of a tile, vanity or tapware product you have in mind.
