Bathroom renovation projects, recorded decision by decision

A finished bathroom only tells half the story. When a project is published, its page will set out the other half: the suburb and the room, what the owner asked for, what was changed behind the walls and which finishes were chosen. Each one will read like a schedule, so you can compare it with your own bathroom, ensuite or laundry in Oakleigh and nearby suburbs.

What every case study records

Photographs of tiles and tapware are easy to find. What is harder to find is the reasoning: why a shower moved, why a wall-hung vanity suited a narrow room, why a floor was rebuilt before it was tiled. Every project page will follow the same seven-part order, so the decisions will be laid out in the sequence they were made.

That order mirrors our renovation process, from the first consultation to handover.

Schedule — case study contents

01Suburb — where the home sits, from Oakleigh to Clayton or Carnegie.

02Bathroom type — main bathroom, ensuite, small bathroom, shower or laundry.

03Client brief — what the room needed to do and what was not working.

04Before and after — matched views of the same wall, taken from the same position.

05Solution — layout, drainage and waterproofing changes made on site.

06Materials — tile formats, grout, vanity, screen and tapware finishes.

07Final result — how the finished room now works day to day.

Services these case studies will cover
