Part 1 — Approach
Each service begins as a written scope

01 Consultation
We look at the room, how you use it and what needs to change, then agree on a scope.
02 Design & layout
Fixture positions, drainage and selections are drawn up and confirmed. See bathroom design.
03 Written quote
A quote that follows the schedule line by line, so you can see what is included.
04 Strip-out
The old room is removed back to the frame and the substrate is checked before rebuilding.
05 Waterproofing
The membrane goes in with sealed junctions and upturns. See bathroom waterproofing.
06 Tiling
Tiles are set out from the centre lines, with falls to waste. See bathroom tiling.
07 Fit-off
Vanity, tapware, screens and accessories are installed and tested. See vanity installation.
08 Handover
We walk through the finished room with you, including care notes for the surfaces and fittings.
Part 4 — Materials & finishes
Materials & finishes, chosen in sequence
Waterproofing systems
This goes in first and cannot be seen afterwards. The membrane and substrate are chosen for the wet areas and floor build-up of your room. Read more in bathroom waterproofing explained.
Tile & grout
Porcelain, ceramic or stone-look, in large formats for fewer joints or small formats for floor grip and falls. The grout colour changes the whole look of the wall. See choosing bathroom tiles.
Stone & benchtops
Engineered or natural stone for vanity tops, ledges and niches, with edge details to match the tile lines.
Tapware & joinery
Brushed, matte or polished tapware, set against timber, painted or laminate vanities and storage. Finishes are chosen together so the metals and timbers work with each other.
